Shipping

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is scanned.

Standard tracked: 3–6 business days. Expedited: 2–3 business days.

Tracked international delivery typically takes 7–16 business days depending on destination and customs. Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless collected at checkout.

Every order ships with tracking. You can also view shipment status any time from your account portal.

If a parcel is marked delivered but missing, please check with your building or neighbours and then contact us within 7 days. For parcels damaged in transit, email photographs to hello@orae.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement.

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can amend an address before dispatch only; once shipped, we cannot reroute a parcel.
